Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
